The downfall of many restaurants it's that they don't think very far ahead. They get greedy and try to save money by cutting on the quality and quantity of the food they serve. If you put an extra buck into your burger, rest asure people will buy that even if the price is a bit higher. People are always in search for good food! My five cents Cheers!
